Delete your Pandu account
You can permanently delete your account inside the Pandu app. Open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm the request. This is the fastest option because you are already signed in.
If you cannot open the app
Send the form below using the email address connected to your Pandu account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion so somebody else cannot erase your account. You do not need to reinstall the app or create another account.
What the request removes
Account deletion removes your Pandu profile, onboarding answers, routines, completion history, shelf products, product scans, face-scan records and photos, panda memories, notification tokens, and subscription entitlement records from active application systems.
A Google Play subscription is managed separately by Google Play. Deleting Pandu does not cancel an active store subscription, so cancel it in Google Play if you do not want it to renew. Limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
